With leaves and pebbles
Small shells and berries
Feathers and bones
And sticks of varying sizes
Build your prayer from the center out

And when things are in the "right way"
Offer your tobacco to Mother
And then within your heart
Let the prayer continue to grow outward
As you continue on your way.
