I stand within the Golden Library where my many, many Soul Contracts line the shelves. I look down upon the contract that I need to address at this very moment in time. And I read:
I, Nate Long, will follow a path of goodness, of kindness, of love. I will practice being a positive person and role model. I will learn how to be in harmony with this earth: the stones, the plants, the animals and with all other humans. And by doing this, all past transgressions will be forgiven and guilt will be removed.
I then take the golden feathered pen, scratch out the last sentence, and write, "I follow this path because it is the right thing to do."
