There is a place within each of us
that is a sacred place.

It is a place
Where we place the things
That are and continue to be
Most precious to us

This is where we go to pray
Whether we are aware
Or not

Respect this place and
Treat it with care and prayer
Keep it clean and
Maintain its integrity

Only by treating your Internal Altar
In a good and loving way
Can you then share with others
An endless supply of Heart Medicine
